Under the relevant provisions of Heilongjiang Province International Science and Technology Cooperation Platform Management Measures (Regulation [2022] No. 12 of Bureau of Science & Technology, Heilongjiang Province), our international cooperation platform has passed the evaluation and was officially approved on December 2nd 2022.
